Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work part-time hours
- availability to work flexible shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing
- ability to stand for extended periods
- compliance with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli, bakery, or food service is an asset
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing
- basic math skills for handling measurements and transactions
- ability to follow food safety and cleanliness protocols
- teamwork and reliability
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor
- clean work areas and equipment to maintain proper food safety standards
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- provide excellent customer service
