Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work full-time hours including mid-shift and closing
- must pass drug screening
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- legally authorized to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery operations is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling sales transactions
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor
- maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards
- assist in stocking and inventory management
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- follow all Walmart policies and procedures
