Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- availability to work full-time including mid and closing shifts
- pass background check
- comply with Walmart’s drug-free policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery preferred but not required
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate kitchen equipment
- knowledge of food safety practices
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- restock incoming merchandise to sales floor
- maintain cleanliness adhering to proper food safety standards
- operate deli and bakery equipment safely
- support team members in daily tasks
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
