Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli, bakery, or food service is an asset
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work early morning shifts and maintain punctuality
- basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- teamwork-oriented with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products according to Walmart standards
- engage with customers at the service counter to provide friendly and efficient service
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor to maintain stock levels
- clean work areas and equipment to ensure food safety and sanitation
- adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- support team members in daily operational tasks as needed
