Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work part-time hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- ability to follow food safety protocols
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to work weekends and holidays if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or customer service beneficial
- knowledge of food safety practices
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter to provide assistance
- replenish incoming merchandise to the sales floor promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli and bakery areas
- adhere to proper food safety and sanitation standards
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- support team efforts to meet store performance goals
