Job Qualifications

- previous experience in deli or bakery food preparation is advantageous
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid and closing shifts
- knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to the role
- basic math skills for handling sales operations and inventory
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing assistance and information
- move incoming merchandise from receiving to the sales floor in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure food safety
- follow food safety regulations and guidelines rigorously
- assist in inventory management and restocking of deli and bakery items
- promote a positive and efficient team environment
