Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work mid-shift and closing hours
- Ability to meet minimum wage requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing
- Willingness to adhere to company food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli or bakery preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours including mid-shift and closing
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products
- Engage with customers at the service counter
- Move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor
- Clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- Collaborate with team to ensure daily operational goals
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory management
