Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- pass background check
- comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- basic math and reading skills
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
- availability to work mid and closing shifts
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli or bakery departments is an advantage
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor
- clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- adhere to Walmart’s no tolerance drug and alcohol policy
- participate in team efforts to ensure department success
- follow company procedures and safety regulations
