Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work full-time or part-time with flexible shifts including mornings
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Great customer interaction skills with a friendly demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli, bakery, or food service roles advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic food safety knowledge and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly and efficient assistance
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and organize displays
- Clean and maintain deli and bakery areas adhering to food safety standards
- Support team members to achieve operational and customer service goals
- Follow all company policies including maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
