Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work full-time including mid-shift and closing shifts
- comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- capable of handling physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- reliable transportation or means to commute to the job location
- availability to work weekends and holidays if required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or retail food service is advantageous
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter to assist with their needs
- move incoming merchandise from stock areas to the salesfloor
- clean and maintain work areas to meet food safety standards
- comply with company policies and food safety regulations
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- support team members to ensure efficient store operation
