Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Willing to adhere to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work part-time shifts including mid and closing shifts
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli or bakery environments helpful but not required
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter
- Move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- Clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- Ensure proper stocking and presentation of deli and bakery items
- Assist with inventory management and rotation
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to food handling and customer service
