Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willing to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- meet the physical requirements of the job
- pass background check and drug screening
- comply with walmart’s no drug and alcohol policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- basic math skills
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- operate slicing and packaging equipment safely
- maintain inventory and restock items as needed
- follow all store policies and procedures
