Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli or bakery operations is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain hygiene standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work mid-shift and closing shifts as required
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter providing excellent customer service
- Move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli and bakery areas
- Follow proper food safety practices and protocols
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Support team efforts to meet sales and performance goals
