Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- willing to comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- capable of standing for extended periods
- able to follow food safety and cleanliness protocols
- able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to work full-time
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food preparation or customer service advantageous
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to engage courteously with customers
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work well in a team
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- support operational efficiency by timely handling of products
- maintain cleanliness of work areas
- assist in inventory management as needed
