Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work part-time during opening or morning shifts
- ability to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
- capacity to engage positively with customers and team members
- physical ability to lift, stand, and move merchandise
- willingness to adhere to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a deli or bakery setting is an advantage but not required
- good customer service and communication skills
- ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness
- ability to work opening or morning shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
- basic math and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter to provide excellent service
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas
- adhere to proper food safety standards
- assist in stocking and organizing displays
- work efficiently in a team environment
