Job Requirements

Part-time availability
Ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
Legal eligibility to work in the US
Ability to comply with food safety standards
Willingness to undergo background check

Reliable transportation to and from the Hope Mills Walmart location

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in deli or bakery environment helpful
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Basic math skills for portion control and pricing
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Willingness to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts

Job Duties

Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
Engage with customers at the service counter
Move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
Clean and maintain proper food safety standards
Follow company policies and procedures
Operate equipment safely
Assist with inventory management
