- must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand for extended periods
- willingness to follow food safety regulations
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- available to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- able to communicate effectively in english
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or retail is advantageous
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work mid and closing shifts
- knowledge of food safety standards
- basic math skills for inventory and cash handling
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products to meet customer demand
- engage with customers at the service counter to provide assistance and answer questions
- move incoming merchandise from receiving area to sales floor efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in deli and bakery areas
- adhere to food safety policies and procedures to ensure customer health and safety
- assist in stocking and organizing product displays
- support team efforts to meet store operational goals
