Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to work part-time including early morning shifts
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- willing to follow all food safety procedures
- basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli, bakery, or food service roles is advantageous
- knowledge of food safety standards
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work effectively within a team
- good communication skills
- flexibility to work opening and morning shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor
- clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- stock and merchandise deli and bakery goods
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- provide excellent customer service
