Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work part-time hours including opening and morning shifts
- Compliance with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to stand and perform tasks during shifts
- Availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli or bakery roles is advantageous but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter providing excellent service
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of deli and bakery areas
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Restock and organize product displays
- Assist with special orders and customer inquiries
