Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise
- Availability to work mid and closing shifts
- Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a deli or bakery environment preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain hygiene standards
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory

Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter providing excellent customer service
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient department operation
- Restock products to ensure availability and freshness
- Assist in inventory management and product rotation
