Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work part-time hours including mid and closing shifts
- comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- be physically able to stand and move for extended periods
- able to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery food preparation is an asset
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing excellent service
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor for shelf stocking
- clean work areas maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
- follow all food safety regulations and protocols strictly
- ensure displays are stocked and presented attractively
- assist in inventory management and product rotation
