Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work part-time including opening and morning shifts
- capable of standing and performing physical tasks required in deli and bakery departments
- comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- willing to undergo background checks and drug testing
- follow Walmart's drug-free workplace policies
- authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a deli, bakery, or food service environment beneficial
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and openings
- basic math skills for weighing and pricing products
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- clean work areas and maintain food safety standards
- rotate stock to ensure freshness
- respond to customer inquiries
- adhere to company policies and procedures
