Additional compensation may be awarded through annual or quarterly performance incentives, recognizing outstanding work and contributions. Furthermore, premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid under specific conditions such as schedule variances, facility-specific factors, seasonal demands, or specialized tasks. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously when applicable.

The Deli / Bakery Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive fresh, high-quality deli and bakery products.
