Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- availability to work part-time hours
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- reliable transportation to the store
- willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a deli or bakery setting is an asset
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math and communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- food safety knowledge is a plus
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly and efficient service
- move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor ensuring stock availability
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to proper food safety standards
- assist in inventory management and product rotation
- support team members in daily store operations
- handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues effectively
