Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli, bakery, or food service preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing
- adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- physical capability to stand for long periods and lift weights
- willingness to follow Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- must meet applicable minimum wage requirements

Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter and provide excellent customer service
- move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
- restock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness
- follow all food handling and safety procedures
- assist with general deli and bakery department tasks as needed
