Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Availability to work opening and morning shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to adhere to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Willingness to work part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli, bakery, or food service environment desirable
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter delivering excellent service
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Operate deli and bakery equipment safely
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Comply with all Walmart policies and procedures
