- Must be 18 years of age or older

- prior deli or food service experience
- ability to obtain Food Manager certification within 12 months
- ability to stand or bend over worktable for duration of shift

- willingness to undergo background screening and drug testing

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food items such as hot meals, sandwiches, salads, and soups
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to inquiries
- properly handle, prepare, transport, and store products following food safety guidelines
- operate and inspect equipment and notify management of maintenance needs
- stock and rotate products to ensure freshness
- comply with safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or incidents
- understand and operate the POS system handling various payment methods
- assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- perform other department duties including stocking and cleaning
- prioritize requests and complete tasks within deadlines
- accurately complete all required documentation
- move or handle merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds
- work varied hours including weekends
- uphold company quality goals and standards
