Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Assist guests across different departments
- Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties
- Properly receive and stock goods following The Fresh Market standards
- Slice and prepare meats, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions while maintaining quality product levels
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
