Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age for Deli department
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and housekeeping
- Commitment to uphold safety and quality standards
- Willingness to adhere to uniform guidelines and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Knowledge of product preparation and merchandising preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items
- Assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Properly receive and stock goods that follow The Fresh Market standards
- Slice and prepare various meat, cheese, and meal solutions
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
