Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent plus 3-4 years of experience in area of specialization
- Minimum of three years prior cooking experience if supervising kitchen staff
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience required
- Basic math skills and proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize
- Flexible schedule
- Current Food Handler’s permit
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain the environment and culture of the department
- Provide training for staff
- Maintain vendor, customer, and RCS relations
- Maintain compliance of food and workplace safety
- Maintain proper ordering practices
- Provide direction to staff for completion of daily tasks and goals
- Support customer-facing service stations
