Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- ability to work in temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, and coolers
- availability for regular and predictable full attendance
- ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- willingness to adhere to club policies and procedures
- ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- prior experience operating manual or power slicers and scales preferred
- knowledge of deli products preferred
- work experience in a deli department preferred
- ability to provide high-level customer service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- slices, packages, and weighs deli products including meats and cheeses
- maintains the presentation and cleanliness of the deli and deli display cases
- provides assistance and excellent customer service to members in the deli department
- prepares and packages special orders and party trays
- receives, inspects, stocks, rotates, and stores deli shipments following food safety and freshness policies
- operates deli equipment safely and cleans and sanitizes deli equipment and food surfaces regularly
- ensures scale systems are accurate and priced correctly
- adheres to all club policies and procedures
- works collaboratively with team members and supports club standards
