Job Requirements

  • basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • experience in the food service industry

Job Qualifications

  • experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background

  • ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • supervise team members in the hot deli area
  • assist the deli manager with ensuring food freshness and safety
  • maintain cleanliness and stocking of the deli
  • provide excellent guest service
  • adhere to food safety standards in equipment maintenance
  • work collaboratively with team members and management
  • manage a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
