Job Requirements

  • basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • previous experience in the food service industry
  • ability to supervise and coordinate team activities
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
  • incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • supervise deli team members in the hot deli area
  • provide excellent guest service and maintain a customer-focused environment
  • assist the deli manager in ensuring freshness of food items
  • monitor cleanliness and stocking of the deli area
  • ensure equipment is maintained according to food safety standards
  • work cooperatively with team members, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • manage flexible work schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
