Job Requirements
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- previous experience in the food service industry
- ability to supervise and coordinate team activities

Job Duties
- supervise deli team members in the hot deli area
- provide excellent guest service and maintain a customer-focused environment
- assist the deli manager in ensuring freshness of food items
- monitor cleanliness and stocking of the deli area
- ensure equipment is maintained according to food safety standards
- work cooperatively with team members, vendors, and corporate representatives
- manage flexible work schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
