Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Previous experience in foodservice or restaurant leadership
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli area
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
- Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- Provide excellent guest service
- Assist the Deli Manager in ensuring food freshness in the hot deli
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked deli area
- Follow food safety standards in maintaining equipment
- Facilitate teamwork and communication among deli staff
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
