Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • prior experience in the food service industry
  • excellent guest service skills
  • leadership and supervisory capabilities
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
  • incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise team members in the hot deli area
  • provide excellent guest service
  • assist the Deli Manager in maintaining food freshness
  • ensure the deli area is clean and well stocked
  • maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • work collaboratively as part of a team
  • interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
