Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- prior experience in the food service industry
- excellent guest service skills

- Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background

- ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- provide excellent guest service
- assist the Deli Manager in maintaining food freshness
- ensure the deli area is clean and well stocked
- maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- work collaboratively as part of a team
- interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
