Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • Experience in the food service industry
  • Ability to supervise and lead team members
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights days weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining food quality and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
  • Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members customers vendors and corporate representatives
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights days weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise team members in the hot deli area
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Assist the Deli Manager by ensuring food in the hot deli is fresh
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot deli area
  • Keep the deli well stocked with necessary supplies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Support team collaboration and effective communication
