Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Experience in the food service industry
- Ability to supervise and lead team members
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights days weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining food quality and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
- Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members customers vendors and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights days weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- Provide excellent guest service
- Assist the Deli Manager by ensuring food in the hot deli is fresh
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot deli area
- Keep the deli well stocked with necessary supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Support team collaboration and effective communication
