Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or restaurant environment
  • basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
  • incredible customer service skills and the ability to maintain a customer focused culture
  • ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members customers vendors and corporate representatives
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights days weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • supervise team members in the hot deli area
  • provide excellent guest service
  • assist the Deli Manager in maintaining food freshness
  • ensure the hot deli area is clean and well-stocked
  • maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • foster a customer focused culture
  • work as part of a team and interact with various stakeholders
