Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • Prior experience in the food service industry
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
  • Incredible customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise team members in the hot deli area
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Assist the Deli Manager in ensuring food in the hot deli is fresh
  • Maintain cleanliness and stocking of the deli area
  • Ensure food safety standards are met
  • Maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
