Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Prior experience in the food service industry
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays

- Experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
- Incredible customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- Provide excellent guest service
- Assist the Deli Manager in ensuring food in the hot deli is fresh
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of the deli area
- Ensure food safety standards are met
- Maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- Work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
