Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or related field
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and supervise a team
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
- incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- supervising team members in the hot deli area
- assisting the Deli Manager in ensuring food freshness and quality
- maintaining cleanliness and stocking of the deli area
- providing excellent guest service
- ensuring equipment maintenance according to food safety standards
- fostering a customer-focused culture within the team
- working flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
