Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or related field
  • basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and supervise a team
  • capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
  • incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • supervising team members in the hot deli area
  • assisting the Deli Manager in ensuring food freshness and quality
  • maintaining cleanliness and stocking of the deli area
  • providing excellent guest service
  • ensuring equipment maintenance according to food safety standards
  • fostering a customer-focused culture within the team
  • working flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
