Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • previous experience in food service industry
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
  • incredible customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members customers vendors and corporate representatives
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights days weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • supervise team members in the hot deli area
  • ensure food in the hot deli is fresh
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot deli area
  • keep the deli well stocked at all times
  • assist the Deli Manager with daily operations
  • provide excellent guest service
  • uphold food safety standards
