Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- previous experience in food service industry
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
- incredible customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members customers vendors and corporate representatives
- must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights days weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- supervise team members in the hot deli area
- ensure food in the hot deli is fresh
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot deli area
- keep the deli well stocked at all times
- assist the Deli Manager with daily operations
- provide excellent guest service
- uphold food safety standards
