Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have prior experience leading others
- Have or be willing to obtain required certifications
- Provide a history of excellent customer service
- Use time and resources efficiently
- Act with integrity, pride, and passion
- Bakery department: minimum 1 year of baking experience
- Meat department: knowledge of meat cuts and meat processing tools

- Prior leadership experience
- Experience in retail or related department
- Knowledge of department-specific operations (Bakery or Meat)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Certification as required for the department

- Ensure day-to-day operations and sales of the department run smoothly
- Lead, engage, and support your team to foster growth and development
- Deliver outstanding customer service to build customer loyalty
- Manage inventory and product quality in the department
