Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a deli as an assistant manager or manager
- Strong knowledge of deli meat cutting salad making and customer service counter operations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the deli department including hiring training and supervising staff
- Oversee employee duties such as cutting serving packaging and other counter functions
- Maintain product storage rotation and labeling to prevent spoilage and ensure accurate pricing
- Schedule and assign work to team members monitoring performance and providing coaching
- Track inventory and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock
- Respond to customer and employee queries or complaints professionally
- Operate food preparation machines and equipment safely
- Receive unload and stock food items
- Ensure the deli area is clean safe and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned
