Job Requirements
- Food handler’s permit (ServSafe a plus)
- Culinary or service industry experience is a bonus
- Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends

Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations and keep food quality and safety top-notch
- Train and coach staff, supporting daily kitchen needs
- Plan schedules based on sales forecasts and team capacity
- Keep communication strong between Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH)
- Follow recipes, reduce waste, and manage shrink
- Oversee packaging, labeling, and inventory rotation
- Use and maintain kitchen equipment safely
- Track updates and coaching notes via email and Teams
- Fill in wherever needed to support the deli team
