Job Requirements

  • Food handler's permit (ServSafe a plus)
  • Culinary or service industry experience is a bonus
  • Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and keep food quality and safety top-notch
  • Train and coach staff, supporting daily kitchen needs
  • Plan schedules based on sales forecasts and team capacity
  • Keep communication strong between Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH)
  • Follow recipes, reduce waste, and manage shrink
  • Oversee packaging, labeling, and inventory rotation
  • Use and maintain kitchen equipment safely
  • Track updates and coaching notes via email and Teams
  • Fill in wherever needed to support the deli team
