Job Requirements

  • Leadership experience of at least 3 years with 1 year in management
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail for quality control and food safety
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Understanding of safety requirements and ability to apply safety training
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays in a full-time capacity

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience with 1 year in a management role in retail grocery, restaurant, fast food, or food service
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
  • Strong focus on quality control, food safety, and inventory management
  • Full understanding of safety requirements and ability to apply on-the-job safety training
