Job Requirements
- Leadership experience of at least 3 years with 1 year in management
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail for quality control and food safety
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Understanding of safety requirements and ability to apply safety training
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays in a full-time capacity
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of leadership experience with 1 year in a management role in retail grocery, restaurant, fast food, or food service
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Strong focus on quality control, food safety, and inventory management
- Full understanding of safety requirements and ability to apply on-the-job safety training
