Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least three years of customer service experience
- minimum two years of food service purchasing, preparation, or merchandising experience
- food safety certification or willingness to obtain within one month

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum three years of customer service experience completing full service cycle
- minimum two years in food service purchasing, preparation, or merchandising perishables
- knowledge of buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management
- proficient interpersonal, motivational, and customer relationship skills
- food safety certification or commitment to obtain within one month
- proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations applications
- strong communication skills with diverse individuals
- excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee and direct deli department operations in the absence of the team leader
- supervise work performance and conduct of team members
- facilitate team member training and skill development
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- manage ordering, receiving, and merchandising of deli and related products
- maintain product knowledge and assist customers with product selections
- prioritize prep work, stocking, cleaning, and customer service tasks to ensure efficiency
