Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- minimum 1 year in a management role in retail grocery, restaurant, fast food, or food service
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- strong focus on food safety and quality control
- understanding of safety requirements
- physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to comply with scheduling and attendance policies
