Job Requirements
- three years of leadership experience with at least one year in a management role in retail grocery restaurant fast food or food service
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- strong focus on quality control food safety and inventory management
- full understanding of safety requirements and ability to apply on-the-job safety training
- ability to stand in one spot for a long period of time bend stoop and kneel regularly
- full range of upper body motion
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- willingness to work in extreme temperatures
- availability to work weekdays weekends and holidays
- commitment to regular timely attendance with adequate notice for absences
- willingness to perform other assigned duties
