Job Requirements
- Leadership experience of at least three years
- management experience in retail grocery, restaurant, fast food, or food service for at least one year
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- strong focus on quality control, food safety, and inventory management
- understanding of safety requirements
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend, stoop, and kneel regularly
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- willingness to work in extreme temperature conditions
- availability for full-time schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
