Job Requirements
- Food handler's permit (ServSafe a plus)
- culinary or service industry experience is a bonus

Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations and keep food quality and safety top-notch
- train and coach staff, supporting daily kitchen needs
- plan schedules based on sales forecasts and team capacity
- keep communication strong between back of house (BOH) and front of house (FOH)
- follow recipes, reduce waste, and manage shrink
- oversee packaging, labeling, and inventory rotation
- use and maintain kitchen equipment safely
- track updates and coaching notes via email and Teams
- fill in wherever needed to support the deli team
